REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Loickc.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Process
To start a return, you must contact us at info@loickc.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how to send your package.
Please Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please do not send your purchase back to the address on the package label, as that may be a carrier depot and not our return center.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Wrong Items: If the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, Loickc will cover the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or refund your shipping receipt.
- Customer Remorse: If you are returning the item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer need the product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific fee depends on the express company you choose.
4. Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
5. Damaged and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
